This document establishes the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Online Sale of the Olivian.pt website. Browsing the website and/or purchasing any product through it implies the acceptance of these General Conditions.
1.1 Ownership of the Online Shop
O domínio e loja online disponível em www.olivian.pt (abaixo designada apenas por “loja online” ou “website”) é propriedade de Olivian, com sede na Rua Padre Manuel Rodrigues Pinho Pinhal, nº918, 4510-103 Jovim, Porto, com o NIF 517340046 e titular da marca Viviana Maria Oliveira Martins.
These General Conditions regulate the visit/navigation and the purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, between any natural person using it with a purely personal purpose, as a final consumer, with no intention of reselling the items purchased there, and _Olivian as responsible for the marketing of its products through this online store.
The User undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the page for activities contrary to law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.
All brands, distinctive signs, images, texts, photographs and any other works/works reproduced or represented in the online store are considered _Olivian's intellectual property, and as such, protected by the rules of Industrial Property Law.

Olivian.pt reserves the right to modify freely and at any time the General Conditions in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.

These modifications will serve to improve the website, while improving the services offered to the User.
Despite all the care taken in preparing the contents of the website, the information, texts, graphic documents and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete. In these situations, Olivian cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damages caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information.
1.4 Trade Policy
A venda subjacente a cada encomenda realizada pelo Cliente é feita sob reserva de propriedade, pelo que os produtos são propriedade da Olivian até efetivo e integral pagamento do valor devido.
1.5 Product Information
A Olivian tem em consideração a informação relativa às características essenciais dos produtos mediante descrições técnicas partilhadas pelos seus fornecedores, e de fotografias que ilustram os produtos comercializados.
The images and photographs of the products, despite trying to be as accurate as possible, are illustrative, so the Customer should consider the possibility of differences in color, appearance, shape, which may also be due to the monitor and web browser used by him/her. Thus, we recommend that the Customer consults the product and its respective characteristics carefully and in detail in order to make sure of these at the time of purchase.
1.6 Price Information
The retail prices shown in the online store are in euros (€), and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force. This value will always be included in our prices.
The costs of the shipping service are for the account of the User/Purchaser, and add to the total value of the products selected. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming your order and completing the purchase process.
A Olivian reserva-se o direito de alterar os preços em qualquer momento. No entanto, compromete-se a aplicar as taxas e preços indicados no momento da realização do pedido de compra.
No caso de ocorrência de erro informático, manual, técnico ou de qualquer outra origem, que cause uma alteração substancial não prevista pela _Olivian no preço de venda ao público, o pedido de compra será considerado inválido e anulado.
1.7 Purchasing Process
Para realizar uma ordem de compra, é necessário aceder a Olivian e seguir os passos abaixo descritos.

You must enter those you wish to purchase in the virtual shopping cart, and may whenever you want to exclude any of the items previously entered there, without prejudice to orders of other products. Once you have finished the selection process, you should review your order and verify that it is in conformity. You should now proceed with your payment, thus confirming the order.
